Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Digital Sauce (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It applies to https://digitalsauce.ca.

What we collect

  • Contact & enquiry details — when you use our contact form we collect your name, email, company (optional) and message, so we can reply.
  • Newsletter signups — if you join The Secret Sauce Club we store your email address to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe anytime.
  • Usage analytics — we use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not sell your data or use it to build advertising profiles.

How we store it

Form and newsletter data is stored securely in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in Canada, protected by row-level security so it is not publicly accessible. We retain it only as long as needed to respond to you or send content you asked for.

Cookies

We aim to keep cookie use minimal. Any analytics we run is privacy-first and does not require an intrusive consent banner. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time. Email hello@digitalsauce.caand we’ll take care of it. In Canada, your information is handled in line with applicable privacy law (PIPEDA).

Third parties

We use trusted providers to run the site and our tools — including hosting (Vercel), our database (Supabase), and email/scheduling tools. They process data only to provide their service to us.
